Father's Day Poll
Added 2021-06-23 03:08:57 +0000 UTCHey everyone! In honor of Father's Day this past week I thought I would do a poll of my dad's favorite movies! I have seen some of his favorites already like Notting Hill and Pretty Woman, but here are the ones I would love you to vote on that I have never seen.
Thanks, looking forward to see what wins!

2021-07-11 04:17:49 +0000 UTCI joined too late to vote but it wouldve been for The Hunt for Red October so I guess it worked out anyways.

2021-07-11 04:17:13 +0000 UTCI would love to see your reaction to "Dances With Wolves." (Sorry to nitpick, but it's "Danc𝙚𝙨", not "Danc𝙞𝙣𝙜." That's important because [minor spoiler] that turns out to be the name of a character. Their name is "Dances-With-Wolves" because this person... dances with wolves.)

2021-07-09 02:56:07 +0000 UTCJack the Narrator - I get it (from your comments every time I mention the MCU), you don't like the MCU. But plenty of other people do. Nobody is forcing you watch if Cassie does take on the series. I'm sure she would be doing other content while doing the MCU so you can just watch that.

2021-07-02 21:44:53 +0000 UTCI feel like a idiot, but how do you suggest a movie I know you’ll love
2021-07-02 01:56:01 +0000 UTCDon't fall down the MCU rabbit hole. It's not worth it. Especially after like the 20th movie, I guarantee you'll be fed up with superheroes for life. I used to love the MCU, now it's become a chore to sit through.

2021-07-02 01:03:54 +0000 UTCI second that request! They're all really good stories
2021-07-01 20:27:28 +0000 UTCYou should watch the MCU (now I wait for the film snobs to comment).

2021-06-29 10:18:17 +0000 UTCI definitely like most of the movies listed. Lethal Weapon is my first choice. If you start with The Hunt For Red October, follow this with Patriot Games, then follow that with Clear And Present Danger, so you will watch the Tom Clancy trilogy.
2021-06-27 05:07:27 +0000 UTCIf Braveheart wins, remember to take a lot of it with a grain of salt. It’s probably one of the most historically inaccurate films made, but it’s pretty good entertainment.

2021-06-25 21:42:43 +0000 UTCIt took a lot of liberties with history, but it is entertaining.

2021-06-25 17:43:10 +0000 UTCRobert the Bruce was the root of the Stuart clan... I still voted for Dances w/ Wolves 😊

2021-06-25 00:41:14 +0000 UTCDances with Wolves (director's cut) and Braveheart for me.

2021-06-24 18:25:09 +0000 UTCHave you seen Outlaw Kings, its a really good follow up to the film. A bit more historically accurate then Robert the Bruce that is more conjecture for the given time period. Both are great films, but if you were only to watch one. Outlaw King is the one to watch.

2021-06-24 09:12:17 +0000 UTCBraveheart is one of the films I loved as a child. Truly a great film and a great story.

2021-06-24 04:40:47 +0000 UTCI voted romancing the stone because it is a fun adventure... needed to balance the soul after Schindler’s list

2021-06-24 04:10:39 +0000 UTCHa! I almost forgot to vote. Finally decided that even though I love all these movies, I had to pick the one that would have the biggest impact on Cassie in particular — Dances with Wolves. I can see it’s not going to win, but hey... I’m a sucker for a beautiful loser. 😎
