Hi Cassie, do you still have the link to the original version of this reaction please. I cannot find the same version on my download service that you watched so it's not possible to keep my film in synch with yours, so the unblurred version of this one would make my life so much easier. "Commodus needs to die a horrible death." Joaquin Phoenix is a crazy good actor. He was stunning in this. His character's sister was pleasant to look at, and was convincing in her feelings of terror. She will play the same character in Gladiator 2 (2024) [Ridley Scott, Paramount, release date November 22, 2024, also including Pedro Pascal, and Barry Keoghan (of Chernobyl, and Curtis in Masters of the Air)]. Of course, Russell Crowe nailed his character from beginning to end of the movie. "Strength and Honor" "What we do in life, echoes in eternity." “Commodus is not a moral man." "I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next."

Me, a history lover, tried hard not to laugh when you say medieval days. My apologies. But you are not wrong that this is in ancient times. Rome was a long long time before the medieval days though. Great watch along reaction!

I never thought I would see you vengeful in a movie reaction!! Great reaction :D Interesting cameo is Russell Crowe's son in the movie. He played in one of the greatest Italian movies I've ever seen(in may actually be one of my favorite movies of all time) La vita e bella(Life is beautiful). I understand that foreign films wouldn't translate well to reaction channels but I would recommend you watch it on your own some time. It's a beautiful and heartbreaking story about love.

Well I missed SO many little easter eggs in the BTTF trilogy, but yes I am in general good with names haha. Watching with subtitles helps too though I think. I'm weird and watch everything with subtitles!

Naked Gun would be super fun and hilarious. Princess Bride is not only funny, but heartfelt. Naked Gun is pure comedy gold.

You are so good with remember characters names, I for the life of me never remember the names of characters in movies. I love Gladiator but the only persons name I knew was Maximus'. The only thing going for me is i notice to stupid small stuff.
