Change to tiers
Added 2019-02-11 20:39:41 +0000 UTCA new tier was requested so that was added, also made changes to the other tiers, regular fat tier will only be able to see pics from now on but still have access to older videos and super and ultra will always have access to both old an all upcoming videos
