honestly s2 is my favorite season. s3 is the favorite for the majority, but this one just hits different for me!!

2025-10-08 22:30:39 +0000 UTCShirogane mentioned 'Princess Kaguya' this episode, fun fact the series is like a retelling of 'The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter' (a 10th century Japanese story) and Princess Kaguya is the main character. All the main characters in the story has their counterparts among the main cast of the show. According to the story Kaguya-hime had 5 suitors and princess Kaguya gave them 5 impossible tasks (one to each suitors), in this anime Miyuki, Ishigami and Chika are the counterparts of 3 of the 5 suitors and we are yet to meet the other 2, Hayasaka is princess Kaguya servant counterpart. Also we will know about the 'imposible tasks' throughout the series.
