I actually think Floch is so pro-Eren now because of his admiration of Erwin. After they were massacred by the beast titan, Floch slowly started to understand Erwin's mentality which was that he needed to become a ruthless monster in order to win for humanity (Erwin deciding to sacrifices himself and everyone to get the beast titan). Later on Floch started to understand that mentality and chose to carry it on for Erwin, and he thinks the best was to do that is to use Eren and carry out the rumbling. I don't think he likes Eren, but he thinks Eren is the best way to win and honour Erwin, because he thought Erwin was the only way humanity could win (which is why he carried him all the way and wanted them to choose Erwin instead of Armin)... That my thoughts on Floch. Interesting character I think
