Refunds and Vacation (Important, please read)

Heya folks,
I've some important things I want to go through.


Refunds:

As always I offer refunds to everybody EXCEPT first time pledges and first time Ultimate Tier pledges. People who requested a refund the past months should've been already refunded for September but there's a low possibility I missed someone. I won't be able to deliver content during October for sure (I'll go into depth as to why shortly), that means I'll refund October too. I'll do these refunds when I'm back home.

Vacation:

Vacation may sound odd to some of you, especially newer Patrons because I didn't really deliver any content the past months. I mentioned this in my previous posts but I think I built up some burn-out within the first few years of starting a career as an artist and I drag it with me to this day, getting worse and worse. I did take some days intentionally off from work but I also had a very irregular work schedule, where something like a weekend or holidays didn't really exist for me and I just worked whenever I was able to. Especially in my earlier years I put up some deadlines, which I rarely fully met but it made me go into crunch regularly. My last real vacation occured, when I was still at school many years ago. The longest I left my apartment was for 2-3 days after that. I could feel it getting worse and worse the past years and because of covid I didn't have much opportunity to fix that. Now, in October 2024, I'll leave the house for 3 weeks and fly somewhere else. I put a lot of time and effort into planning it the past 2-3 months to allow me to rejuvenate and very hopefully improve my current state. I set the end of this vacation as a turning point for me, where I really want to go back fully to creating content for you guys. When I'm back from the vacation, I'll give you a status report.

I'm really thankful for all the people who sticked with me and know that you shouldn't feel bad for requesting a refund. I'm more than glad to refund you as long as I don't deliver, especially when you struggle financially.
