This oc will appear in Aoi’s future but I haven’t got the chance to show him yet.

His name is actually not available so he’s been called “Nineteen”. Also his age or and private info are not available.
His quirk is “absolute sound”. His able to reproduce all the sound he hard in his life and changing sounds in other sounds or volume.
Drawback: he’s quirk uses make his hear the main sense so his Sight is very low, he’s almost blind.
