News: My plan for 2026 and upcoming changes.

Hey folks.

So as promised, here is a special post where I want to go over my projections for 2026 and changes that will happen this year considering my still ongoing personal struggles (financially and mentally).

As of this moment, my financial situation is still not doing great, though there are possible solutions I'm working on to improve things. Such as selling off stuff to pay the current debts and stabilizing the situation. The next few weeks and months are going to be decisive in how I manage to recover from this. I'm expecting (well...hoping) for some of the most critical issues to be resolved by this month, or February. Leaving only the other issues that aren't as crucial to solve through the rest of the year.

This is all to say, I'm still left with a lot of fears and uncertainties entering this year. And I also have to face the fact that despite my subscriber numbers increasing this year (and I'm so very thankful to all of you who have joined me this year), the fact remains that my income has been hit hard by various factors... like the instability of the dollar vs. the euro (since the euro is my local currency) as well as global inflation, etc...

With all this in mind, I've done a lot of thinking these past three months on how I'll need to tackle 2026. So, I'm going to give you a general overview of it in this post.

So here we go:

1) Monthy content vs Bonus content.

Starting off, we've got the easiest point.
How I will categorize content going forward? Namely, monthly content vs bonus content.

Monthly content will be what you've been expecting since I started my Patreon: one image set every month. At the same level of quality you've seen this past year. Nothing really changes in this regard. This goes along with the usual tier rewards such as character polls, scenario polls, sneak peek rewards per tier (which will now become more of a thing and improved this year as a Patreon content reward rather than mostly Discord posts), etc...
All in all, the usual.

Bonus content will be content that will be delivered throughout the year but without specific/strict time schedules. These include game patch releases, OC raffles and sets, and other side content. Essentially, it will be stuff I work on for the rest of the month after finishing the monthly content. And will prioritize according to various factors (My state of mind, priorities, and other personal situations). This is to grant me some amount of flexibility to guarantee the monthly content delivery while also giving me some wiggle room if I have to deal with personal stuff (Health issues, family issues, etc...)

With that said, I'll break down my objectives for this year when it comes to bonus content.

2) Bonus content: Games

Work on 3072 AD will resume this year. Most likely in February. And the goal will be to release the Splatter patch in 2026. This will become my priority after I finish the Andrea OC set.

The squeal little Piggy game, I have to be perfectly honest, is unlikely to see a release this year... But, I do have good news for fans of that project:
There is something I'll work on on the side that is easier to deliver and takes a lot of the main kinks and ideas for squeal little piggy.
Essentially, a pure visual novel femboy game with Findomming elements as well as other kinks. It will be easier to deliver because there are no sprites, mapping, or complex mechanics. Just the artworks and using them to put a visual novel together, nice and easy. I'm switching to this for now (instead of Squeal little piggy I mean) so that I can guarantee to deliver something this year for all your femboy fans, rather than leaving you all hanging.

I will give updates on this in the near future but won't be making the same mistake as Squeal Little Piggy. That is to say, when I start revealing about that game, it will be near ready for a first patch release (Chapter 1). Right now, I already have the "Character dialog" image assets done. I'm currently working on a custom UI. But that's all I'll say about that project for now.

3) Bonus content: Original character images, sets, raffles.

OC content this year will see a few changes from 2025:

First, OC sets are still very much a thing, along with the raffles etc... like last year. But I can't commit to delivering them at the rhythm I did last year. So, all I can say is... I'll still have them (ideally 2 to 3 a year, but we'll see). And I'll still count people's points, but I'll do the point accounting when a raffle actually happens.

Second, I'm going to test introducing separate OC bonus content. In the form of single images of someone's OC.
This will be its own separate raffle. With a much more simple point system.
So that if you win that raffle, it doesn't affect your current points for the OC set raffles, winning this doesn't change your chances when an image set raffle happens, essentially.
It's a bonus. The idea is to deliver simple single images of your OCs with a simple background (no secondary character).
Something I could produce in, like, a day's work... tops. The idea is essentially to give OC content enjoyers a bit more consistent content while keeping the original OC sets a thing (just that they won't be done as frequently as before). This is something I'll start experimenting with next month, I think.

4) Updating tier descriptions and prices.

Alright, so... I haven't touched my tier prices for 8 years, and frankly, I never really had plans to change them, but with the dollar falling off a cliff this past year, I've been making some big losses with the currency exchange situation being what it is. So, with that in mind, I have to adjust my prices a bit to help mitigate that loss.

So I'm planning to update the prices with a 15% increase for Tier III and Tier IV next month. Meaning, Tier III will change from 5 USD to 5.75 USD. And Tier IV from 10 USD to 11.5 USD.

Now, very important information for all my current subscribers:
Patreon does not retroactively apply tier price changes to active subscriptions.
In short, if you are a Tier IV subscriber paying 10 USD before I change the price of your active tier subscription, you will still pay 10 USD when I make that change; it won't catch you off-guard and apply that price increase. You'll still pay the usual 10 USD, same for Tier III, it will remain at 5 USD.

This price change will only apply to: New subscribers, subscribers that update their subscription (change tier), or subscribers that take a break and wish to re-subscribe later.

Point being, as long as you already have an active subscription and stay subscribed, this price change will not affect you at all.

I honestly do not like making price changes and would not do so if my financial situation was not so dire. I don't like doing it, but I have to. I hope I won't have to do it again for a long time. But I'm at the point where I can't just ignore the losses I'm making due to how volatile the dollar is right now. I hope you'll understand.

Although changing the prices now won't affect current subscribers, this price change won't come into effect until next month to give everyone a bit of a heads up. If you want to keep the current price, my advice is obviously to keep your subscription active, as once again, the price changes will only apply to either new subscribers or returning ones.

5) Updating tier rewards.

Lastly, here are some changes to tier rewards this year, taking into account the points mentioned above.

Tier IV Subscribers will get everything they have right now but with these additions:
+ Two scenario polls instead of one. The first poll will be the choice for the main scenario elements. The second one will be to choose between some extra details (i.e., a specific bondage gear, color element, hairstyle, or villain design element it will depend, but you'll get one more thing to vote for).
+ More consistent exclusive sneak peeks every month on Patreon. (More so than usual.)
+ For anyone that has an OC posted on discord, along with the occasional chance to win an OC image set as before, you get to participate to the more frequent OC single image thing I mentioned above (With a higher chances of winning compared to Tier III) (This is still experimental.)

Tier III Subscribers will get everything they have right now but with these additions:
+ Also their own sneak peek month with more consistency. Tier IV will get more of them, but you should still see more of these rewards spread out throughout the month as I make progress on the sets.
+ For anyone that has an OC posted on Discord, along with the occasional chance to win an OC image set as before, you get to participate in the more frequent OC single image thing I mentioned above. (This is still experimental.)

Tier II and tier I Subscribers: Honestly, I think the black and white and flat color rewards are a bit silly now. So I'm going to replace this with the following.
When an image set releases,
Tier II subscribers will get three images from that set (representing each main image) fully shaded. Essentially, I'll pick 3 images of the images-only files of the releasing image set and post them as a tier II reward.
For Tier I subscribers, same idea; but it will be one fully shaded image. All in all, I think Tier II and Tier I will be more rewarding. While they don't get the full image sets, they get a few fully shaded images from that set when that set is delivered.

Closing statement:

That's about it.
I want to thank everyone who has supported me this past year, despite all the challenges I've been facing these past few months.

My goal is, and will always remain, to offer you guys the best quality content I can offer while I'm still able to deliver it to you all. Which is why I took the time to make this "battle plan" for 2026.

I hope that my personal issues will see improvements this year. They should, but it's still too soon to say.

Thank you all once again for all your love, understanding, and support.
And I wish you all (once again) a great and kinder year for 2026.

Gomu.

I can only wish you, that your whole situation will get better this year=)

Great suggestion and will do. I would make OC submissions on the Patreon side, but it's just much easier to manage on Discord. That said, doesn't hurt to do a reminder when OC raffle is on the way here. Thanks for understand and yes hopefully 2026 is a better year for everyone.

this all sounds like a great plan and i only have one thing to suggest. that being when you open up submissions for characters for the montly poll you might want to make a patreon post to remind people that they can submit. other than that i hope you have a great year to come and always remember that we all care about you and are here to support you in making the best art you can make. take care of yourself and have a great day/month/year
