3072AD: Patch 1.4 is out!

This patch wraps up Splatter. Adding the SLUT mini game, winning conditions, the remaining Splatter unlockables and more.
With this done (Well after a final bug fix and typo pass). We are moving on to MADAME Bijou next.

Here are the details:
NEW FEATURES:
- Slut path encounter with Splatter. Three difficulty levels
- Events linked to the slut path for Splatter
- Added Dialogue. You can now ask questions to Splatter (Warrior AND slut)
- THE NOD: New Bondage equipment (PUNCHING BAG) can now be unlocked if you get the game over with splatter once (Warrior). Cross-save.
- THE NOD: Like the Inflatable bag equipment, the punching bag can also end to the secret Game over with the AI in the nod.
- The NOD: Fail animations from the SPLATTER encounter are now available (Both SLUT and Warrior)
BALANCE CHANGES:
- Increased responsiveness to Splatters QTE inputs. You'll notice pushing the buttons will feel much snappier now. (SLUT)
- Increased drop rate of Med pens
BUG FIXES:
- Fixed an issue causing a QTE failure even when the correct arrow key is pressed.
- Fixed an issue that could cause permanent black screens.
