The theme this time is "Villains or characters that have done terrible things.". Doesn't matter if they are powerful or not, they can just be terrible human beings with their personality alone, or have done ONE terrible thing. If they are bad to the core, they make the list.
REMINDER: This is a preliminary poll to select the best 3 out of 6. The 3 winning character will then have a separate poll open to Tier III patrons to select the final winner.
