Carmilla Progress update (Tier 4)

Sorry for the delay, I am still in the middle of a flue right now.
As you can see I integrated multiple ideas from the suggestion threats.
- The reverse prayer
- The gag that injected with hardening resin so that once filled up it can't be removed.
- The Vacuumed latex sheet (Doesn't look like much in inked, but will look nice once colored.
I am still working on the design of the sarcophagus/Iron maiden casket which was an other suggestion. Struggling a bit to get that right because I wan't to look like its really molded around her.
As promised, I'm focusing on quality over rushing things, but expect a preview of the sarcophagus this coming with along with the other bondage accessories.
With this and the dialog images of Carmilla done. I am left with:
- Finishing both game over images.
- Doing the dialog variant for Elizabeth.
Once I am done with that. I will move with base coloring.
