So let's talk about the beginning of the image where she is in the middle of being permanently trapped in rubber.
What's the context of this peril?

She’s not transformed per say, the latex actually wrapped on her. She is trapped inside.

Of course all guild member can use her for free after a hard mission. To be reduced to that to her past friends is the ultimate downfall.
