For his final wish, Jon told the imp that he wanted to be "the best-looking mother in town." Of course, he didn't think he'd become an actual mother!
I don't know what the "after" clip is from, but I do know the guy in the "before" clip is a young Gilbert Gottfried. He's an odd choice for a scenario like this but I found a gif of him screaming in some movie and worked some digital magic to put him in the scene with the girl, and I think it turned out pretty fun. If you want an absolute boner-killer, imagine she's screaming with Gilbert's voice. (Well, unless you're into that. In that case, enjoy!)
