Carter went to the magic shop seeking a potion that would make him forever young and irresistible to women. Now he gets lots of attention from women, wherever he goes... He's such a little cutie, they can't resist pinching his cheeks!
(The original clip featured a woman turning into the little girl, and before anybody asks, I'm not sure where it's from and I don't think I have it anymore.)
