Look forward: Chapter 2

Hi everyone - just checking in with a few updates.

I've been working on Chapter 2 which will focus on Tommy Danes - the influencer that you met on the train on your first day arriving back in Duncreag. After Cole's corruption, you are in need of a second target. Luckily, Tommy is training for a wrestling tournament in the nearby city and he's a more innocent, blank slate for you to test your radiance on. Tommy is most susceptible to Lust, who wants him to indulge in the guilty feelings that his coach has been having about him! Or, will you push him into the arms of one (or many) of his competitors instead? Tommy's routes includes erotic massages, dom bottom scenes (requested!), and a whole load of guys in singlets.

In Chapter 2, your MC will use his new powers once again; this time hoping to learn from the chaotic encounter in Cole's flat. Whatever god you choose though, he's still unable to completely override The Seven and play with Tommy himself. Fortunately, Nathan is much more experienced... maybe he can teach the MC how to finally fuck his way through the men of Duncreag? (Hint, hint... Chapter 3!)

This update will also feature a small NSFW scene involving Duncan (the MC's father) and sets up the story for his corruption which comes much later on.

I'll be finished with Chapter 2 soon. It's quite hard balancing life and writing to the standard that I want A Village Corrupted to be, so thanks for bearing with me!

Plus, I've also been reflecting on the format of Cole's chapter and made improvements where I can - some of those storyline and format improvements are reflected in Chapter 2 (but most of them will be in Chapter 3). For example, from then onwards I'll probably move away from larger corruption scenes because of the time that it takes to write each - I don't want to dilute the story's quality in favour of quantity! Where appropriate, I'll be using more naturally-placed (but smaller) corruption scenes (a choice between 2/3 sins) peppered throughout instead, and only using big corruption scenes where they make sense. For immersion, I also like the visuals to closely match the text - finding suitable gifs/videos takes a fair amount of time and I don't want you waiting forever for the final story by forcing 7 massive scenes at the end of each chapter (when it's probably not the most engaging format to tell a story in anyway).

Hopefully this results in a better quality story - even if it means leaving longer than I had expected between the release of each chapter?
