I think it has a lot of room to grow and tell these smaller event stories without any real master plan or end goal. supers living among frail mortals. Playing games with lives for their own twisted purposes. As simple and elegant as that. Lots of little stories with glimpses here and there into what you may have as a framework. And if no framework for now then so be it.

A leader of a movement that preaches abstinence (but masturbation is ok) and hides away. Using social media he has a following. They masturbate to their favorite supers and post it without their faces. One of the supers discovers a follower by accident and has some fun with him. She makes him film the whole event and post it. It may lead to more and more uncovering of the groups members all the way to the top. He attempts to cover his tracks but it of course is no use.
