October Poll Winners

1st: Makima (Chainsaw Man) [147 votes!]
2nd: Princess Zelda (LoZ: Tears of the Kingdom) [147 votes!]
3rd: Witch Mercy (Overwatch) [94 votes]
4th: Daphne Blake (Scooby Doo) [82 votes]
5th: Symbiote Ghost Spider (Gwen Stacy-Marvel) [64 votes]
As you can see we have a tie for first place. I ordered them based on the total number of votes before bonus votes were counted. So I think it is fair then that both Makima and Zelda will each receive their own 5-6 panel sequence, Witch Mercy a 2-3 panel sequence with Daphne and Symbiote Ghost Spider being drawn as color sketches. We haven't had a tie in a while. Something we also haven't had in a while is a No-Repeat winners month. So for November, next month will be a guaranteed No-Repeat winners month so we'll have 5 winners who have never placed top 5 in any past polls.
And in addition to October's 5 winners I'll be drawing some ~5-9 Runner Up Sketches for some of the other candidates who didn't win this month. I'll have those ready to share with you early next week.
As for the winners I have a few rough ideas on where to start with them: For Makima I want to see what I can improve upon from the first time she won, I'm thinking this time she'll just cut to the chase and gobble up Kobeni (and maybe others). Then for Zelda either weight gain or stuffing could work, but there is the potential for a pregnancy theme for her main rewards. Maybe continuing her previous weight gain sequence would be the correct path too. Then for Witch Mercy stuffing or weight gain would also work well for her, especially with candy. Then for Daphne anything could work for her. As for Symbiote Ghost Spider I think vore is the way to go with her rewards.
Those are just my initial ideas and I'm happy to hear your suggestions, lore input or any other important information about the winners you may know.
And a huge thank you to everyone who participated in suggesting and voting! My current goal is to have the last of September's Full Combo patron sketches ready to share Monday the 7th, then this month's Runner Up Sketches the day after. From there I want to have the WIPs for Witch Mercy and Symbiote Ghost Spider on Wednesday the 8th and lastly the first batch of Full Combo sketches for October on this Friday the 11th.

2024-10-09 14:57:51 +0000 UTCI hear ya Weirdshyguy, it's a balancing act. Do it too often some folks will express that they are not familiar with some or all the choices and feel they can't participate or know who to vote for. But it does need to be done next month. That much I know.

2024-10-08 02:31:02 +0000 UTCHopefully these characters get put into a two year no repeat now that they've all won back to back years as it was a huge bummer seeing nobody new win this month but I at least have Witch Mercy to look forward to still. I still think it'd be cool to have October and December polls reflect the months and have characters and/or costumes reflecting that holiday season, at least that way even if it ends up being a repeat winner it'll be more thematically appropriate and unique. For example, symbiote Gwen swinging away with candy bags she stole or Makima dressed up in some appropriate for her Halloween costume or Zelda wearing some of the spooky armor in game like the glow in the dark set from Gerudo town or the monster masks.
