For Shadowheart I felt her having (one of) her many "unique" interests revealed to be stuffed to the brim would work well for her rewards. And speaking of there are now 3 alternative versions too! First is an overpressurized outie navel version, second is a huge belch version and third is an implied vore ending with (at least) two gobbo women being gobbled up.

Btw got a vore idea ya may like, basically take a woman, stuff her with pasta and sauce, stuff her till she is an orb, cover her in pasta sauce, repeat, get a bunch of them, plot em on a plate, get some giant noodles, and boom, now ya have a feast fit for a queen.
