まず最初に、私は感情のないbotでも聖人君子でもないので少しの愚痴はお許しください。
先月末頃から何故かプラン内容以前にpixivFANBOXのサービス概要すら無理解のお客様気分の方によるクレームが相次ぎ、会話にすらならない状態のため正直心底うんざりしております。
そのため、クレーマーの方にも分かりやすく、にっこり大満足なプラン内容に変更致します。
・ブラック、レッドプランの同人誌、PDFプレゼントですが、分かりやすくするためpixivFANBOX限定同人誌のみのプレゼントになります。
通常の同人誌プレゼントは撤廃いたします。
・イラスト公開、PSDやPDFのDLは通常と期間限定のものと二種混在しており、こちらも分かりやすくするために公開日問わず全て翌月15日前後に公開終了いたします。
作業進捗、お知らせ等の告知のみ通常公開となります。
大変スリムでシンプルになり、どなたでも分かりやすくなったと思います。
2022年9月よりこちらの内容に変更となります。
お気に入りのイラスト等がございましたら、DLを推奨いたします。
クレーマーにより企業がサービスを縮小し、不便になっていく縮図をお見せしてしまい申し訳ございませんが、どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

Since the end of last month, I have been receiving a string of complaints from people who feel like customers and don't even understand the service outline of pixivFANBOX before the contents of the plan, and to be honest, I am really fed up with the situation.
Therefore, I will change the contents of the plans to make them easier to understand for the complainers and make them happy and satisfied.
The Black and Red Plans will now include only pixivFANBOX limited doujinshi and PDF gifts for the sake of clarity.
The regular doujinshi gift will be eliminated.
Illustrations, PSDs and PDFs will be released on the 15th of the following month, regardless of the release date.
Only announcements of work in progress, notices, etc. will be released normally.
It is very slim, simple, and easy to understand for everyone.
This content will be changed from September 2022.
