Voracious Arezu + No Digestion, Stuffing & Preg Alts

This time around we have a short sequence featuring Arezu from Legends of Arceus with quite the large, squirming belly leading into weight gain. Given that this sequence has two mini panels and one large main panel I'll be posting this for all Patrons.
Where could have Akari gone to? It's a mystery! Though I have a gut feeling the viewer/player character is about to find out!
Included are 3 alternative versions, the first being a non-digestion version, second is a non-vore stuffing version for those not into vore and third is a pregnancy alt sporting even higher riding leggings than the others.
