January Mid-Month Update

Good morning, good day or good evening it's the 15th of January so I'm here with the mid month update!

I hope you're all doing well today, I'd like to throw out some possible amendments to how characters are suggested in order to prevent or reduce repeat winners in the monthly polls. I received some feedback and after looking at the entirety of my time here on Patreon I did notice that several characters have won at least twice. So after thinking it over I came to these possible solutions and I'd like to hear your thoughts on them.

A) Extend the ban on suggesting a character who previously won from 1 month to 12-24+ months.

B) (Only when I have no commissions queued up) At my discretion, pick one rough bonus sketch from the previous month to finish as a colored sketch.

C) Have me be more selective with character suggestions and make sure girls don't repeat often.

D) Dedicate 1 or 2 months to only girls who have never won, allowing only those to be suggested and accepted in the polls.

Depending on whichever I go with, if any; bonus rough sketches for girls who didn't win will continue regardless. Any changes I decide on for the character suggestion guidelines I'll mention in the first of the month update for February or March, depending on what I go with.

Now onto the rest of this month's artwork! At the time of this post I'm finishing up inking Zero-Two and should have her all done later today, in about ~12 hours from this post if not earlier.

Once Zero-Two is all done I'll begin sketching Chell, Ochaco and Momo. For Chell I already know what I'd like to do with her, basically cake and lots of it. For Ochaco I'm still deciding the time span within her sequence. Like if it should be a quick rapid pace or one that spans weeks or months. As for Momo I need to do a bit more research and see where sketching her takes me. I'm still looking at a combination sequence for her.

I'll have the last 3 WIPs ready to share this Monday, the 18th. After that another commission from August on Wednesday the 20th and then I'll have 3-4 more Full Combo patron sketches on Friday the 22nd.

My goal is to have Ochaco's sequence all done on the 24th, Chell's color sketch done on the 27th and Momo's sequence all done early on the 31st or sooner. With the last of January's patron sketches and all Photoshop files following soon after on the 31st.
