Lore & Story:
Jelria dispenses justice upon Vanessa Vancleef and a few of her minions when she gets the drop on the rogue leader of the Defias. Vanessa had plans to assassinate Jelria, but it's her that got the drop on her when the 7th Legion soldier crashes into Vancleef's latest hideout.
