What does No-face's mask do?

It has a secondary ability to encrypt communication between wearers of similar masks
As for the primary ability?
I was thinking about giving it some kind of 'sneak attack' ability booster that kicks in when an unaware creature is attacked, but that fits with the old no-face theme.
Do we need a unique goat-themed ability or should we stick with a sneak-attack thingy?
If you've got a suggestion, now's the time to gimmie, before it's set in stone.
It can be:
A: Goat-themed
B: Non-goat themed.
And that pretty much covers everything.
BONUS:
What other weapons/gear did No-face have on him?
If you've played Diablo 3/4 that's the kind of gear we're looking for. an ability bonus, a resistance bonus, and/or a bonus to specific special abilities.

I know I kinda joined this one late, but what if the mask could have different effects or stat boosts depending on the sacrifice it’s mimicking
