Which monster Tomorrow?

The winner will be the swarm outbreak the sirens are indicating.
The loser will receive honorable mention by the characters (making both canon) and possibly be reshuffled for a future battle

1:Mutant lamprey/crab hybrids. Think the facehuggers from Alien, but with a mouth and sharp teeth and the widest part about the size of a hand and a tail a couple feet long for adults. Maybe they mutated to prey/parasitize from prawns so can also cut through/burrow into tinker armor? High tide could be their spawning/hatching time, due to all the dead prawns, and their babies could basically be a swarm of inch-long crab-fish-leeches that will burrow into people and eat them from the inside out.
(Author's impression) Typical parasitic critters whose lifecycle heavily depends on another creature. Reminds me of those ticks from Cloverfield. Good ick value, not sure about the worldbuilding. Reinforces that High tide is dangerous as heck, thought. Not 100% how they would interact with their environment. Corpse piles, maybe?
2: Mason bee's, a queen has triggered and once again is trying to become empress with the Wall as their fortress, boring into the tinker concrete and building up a massive force. Give em some weak form of tactile telekinesis/pyrogenisis so they swarm a cape and flash cook em.
(Author's Impression) I envision these suckers about the size of a poodle and lethal as heck. I have a very clear image of concrete nests made from when they chew up concrete and spit it back out into hecka strong stonelike nests. Since they're something just made bigger i have a more clear image of how I would use them, but the Ick factor just isn't the same. Less gross, but easier to use. I may have them be a bit more wasp-like.
