Founder of The Salt Lake Utah Troop, a group of women, all survivors of Domestic Violence. They provided refuge and support for women who felt they had nowhere to turn. A small but dedicated group of women who always traveled by Pedal Cycle.
Soon they acquired the title SLUTS, a derogatory term even back then for women but they wore it with pride.
In March 1915, Isobel went missing, the following month she was found dead. Nobody really knows what happened to her but the SLUTS assumed foul play, pointing the finger at her estranged and violent husband.
The Salt Lake Utah Troop continued in her memory. Today's SLUTS still embrace the core values and now exist as a Motor Cycle club
They wear the SLUT tag with pride and just as a tease, dress accordingly.
