Addition to Melissa package
Added 2023-06-28 23:58:36 +0000 UTCI was made aware that there could be an issue with the Melissa vars loading into Vam. Just prior to posting them, I renamed them because I realized that they were both named the same. Possibly that could have caused the issue.
I have added two other vars Melissa 99 unscaled and Melissa 99 scaled.
That should hopefully fix it.
