Going Gold-panning

As an Alaskan, I am legally required to go out to a gold claim once a year and do yardwork. That is going to be from Wednesday the 14th to...most likely four days later. But prepare for a whole week just to be sure. If I'm not back with pictures by next Wednesday, I am most likely bear food....
Or I found a fuck-off big nugget and am currently looking for more.
Neither of these things is very likely.
I'll be up there in the wilderness 8 hours away from anything with my wife, my sister, an unbelievably disobedient child, and a lot of guns. I'll try to post every day between now and Wednesday, but Sunday might not happen on account of D&D. When I get back, I should have some pictures, some blisters, and be totally exhausted.
Should be pretty fresh when I get back.
