Update: where has the art been?

so its been a tiny bit where the art feels like its been noticeably slow (or at least that's how its felt to me) the reason for that being a thing going on with my wrist which sorta put a scare into me. it wasnt a pain but a weird numbish ache and it was by the wrist bone that for me sticks out a fair bit. I did the thing everyone does and looked up what it could be, kinda just putting thoughts of arthritis, carpel, tryfrobousous (cant pronounce it, cant spell it I guess) and dead bones into my head. after 8 years of avoiding him i did see my family doctor for this as I was abit scarred, when i entered he said "k, lets make this quick as im behind" I was out fo the office 4-5 minutes later, he had given me some stretches and I started doing em. day later it felt worse and not feeling much better after the appointment i booked to see a guy at my moms physio place, the other day I got in and 45 minutes of testing each and everything I felt really good about the diagnosis that its not anything relating to the wrist (instead probably being a vein thing)
this all having me super distracted and the main reason why arts been sorta missing
