Hmmm it wouldn't be too difficult to replace Nea with the Kate as it would just be a head hack but the replacing Jill would take a lot longer as I would have to re-animated alot. It may be possible to save out the animations from the Jill Rig and apply it to a Nea one but I won't be able to do it anytime soon, I've got two animations I'm currently working on
