2024-01-06 09:51:20 +0000 UTCI never take a day or even a week off as I should. I try to give myself 1 week out of the month to take a break but I can't stop being productive. It's a bad habit of mine, I feel like I am wasting my life away when I am not doing something productive or lucrative with my time. I suffered health problems doing this in the past but I learned to go to bed on time and give my body rest and exercise in the morning before beginning my day to counter it.
