I know he identifies as male/femboy/crossdresser but I am going to categorize as for him and future Femboys/Crossdressers as Trans because I already have way too many tags. I hope this that doesn't offend anybody.
Wicked Whims needed for this Sim
I made him as female with male parts because his face is very feminine. I did make his body slightly more masculine though.
The way it is designed, the penis may not show in CAS, this is normal. It should show in game but if it does not, take a shower and perform a masturbation action.
If it still does not show, select the Sim and go to Wicked Whims, Personalization, and Autonomy. Change Genitals as needed. Also go to to Body Selector and change Finn's parts as needed. Perform a few more nude actions and you should be good to go.
