The rocky part stood out arrogantly on the plain below, a cliff of gray rock and pockmarked with patches of orange moss; but this was nothing compared to the hideous shape that the rock had where a promontory towered over all the other rocks: it vaguely resembled a large pumpkin, two cavities seemed disturbing eyes that observed the travelers, while a large horizontal crack had the appearance of a voracious mouth. All this could have been just a strange joke of nature, if it were not for the fact that everything was permeated by an anguishing mystical light. What were those rocks hiding?
For this Halloween I propose a location that has, as its central theme, the traditional map with the Halloween pumpkin as the protagonist. This time, however, I imagined a large rocky ledge with the shape of the pumpkin, and a broken tree trunk in the center of it. The area where this rock formation is located is dotted with bare and dying trees, with rocky embankments that make it more difficult to approach the large stone pumpkin.
Alternate versions have differences in layout or in atmospheric and environmental conditions.
