I knew it! I damn well knew it! In every tale told in taverns, sooner or later a place like this is described, a place where adventurers are subjected to terrible ambushes by terrifying enemies.
And what did we do? We decided to go exactly from here!

Tumlak, my friend, are you not afraid of these two, maybe three, dozen goblins? Come on, let's have fun, let's shoot them all down!
The first map of this month is from the "generic" series, tactical maps for encounters in specific biomes. In this case we are in a rocky desert area, characterized by many high rocks scattered everywhere. Each of these rocks can be used as offensive or defensive positions. And multiple routes can be used to traverse the map.
A perfect map for ambushes where enemies can emerge from any direction.
Alternate versions have differences in layout or in atmospheric and environmental conditions.
