Confirmed, will be fixed in the next version. As a temporary workaround you can open the developer console (Shift + O) and type the following: ep014_jade_talk = True

2022-09-30 06:45:14 +0000 UTCThere´s a bug: If you made Vess serve you and sent her to your quarters, Jade will be waiting for you and ask about her status. After the conversation finishes the same conversation option remains available and the game doesn´t progress.
