Are you playing on Windows or Android? If on Windows, your saved games should be in Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\ in the folder beginning with TFTUV. There should be a saved there called Season1, followed by a string of numbers and letters. The "Continue" option in Season Two should allow you to load that save.
