Design heavily inspired by Eris from 'Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas' with a big dollop of Ursula ;)

Thanks very much :D :D I neglected to mention it in the summary, but her shadowy dress can be extended and manipulated by her will to a limitless degree. A handy trick when she wants to ensnare someone...or grow larger ;)
