The Red Boar Inn - Launch

This inn has a ground floor where the main room is located, there is also a kitchen and a warehouse.
Some stairs lead to the first floor, with various rooms for guests and a room used as a common bathroom.
In the warehouse there are other stairs that lead to an underground room used as a warehouse, but there is a door that leads to an unusual cell and a manhole.
Where will this manhole take? And what is the cell for? What mystery does the inn hide?
