No, actually that's Blair; a JV character who hasn't been developed yet. This is her first 'appearance' ;) Apart from Katrina, Jenny and Sumiko most of the JV roster is still in the designing phase. I'd love to spotlight more of them someday, I'm just usually busy trying to balance the headline roster :)
