Android might not allow to update the install, in which case you'll have to do an uninstall and install the new build.

UPDATE: There's a known issue with the stricter pregnancy checks. They're now too strict... This only affects new playthroughs. As a workaround you can set the problematic variables via the Ren'Py console (Shift + O) near the end of Day 39:

$ l_creampied=True

$ b_creampied=True

$ m_creampied=True

Rachel is probably unaffected, because her pregnancy is tracked differently. Will of course be fixed properly in a next release.
