Riley is a new character in the upcoming 0.4 release. She's is tied to the Liza storyline and a possible relationship interest if you'd like to have your way with her. She works in the local supermarket where Brody has a job as a manager. Riley will be instrumental in the process of removing Brody as a romantic figure in Liza's life.

#3 for similar reasons, though I like her face as well. Body of 1, hair and face of 3. Really don't like the hair on one. No way would Liza hang out with a punker.
