The level of detail will be the same as on the comics so that it's fluid. I can't go into too much detail. In general, I prefer the manga style. Semi-realistic or realistic drawing isn't for me. The character has to be feminine. The type of monster I can do just about anything. I don't mind if it's R-18 or not. Avoid scenes that are too cruel, gory or scatophilic.
