I'm surprised that there is no any meshmods with this outfit. It would be fun to get this outfit in game. Considering that there are a lot nude mods, add some pants and harness to him is not big deal.. or maybe I'm wrong)) Anyway, I can't make any mods for game, but I can make a render with it) Hope you like this))
This set includes 2 parts and looks like it will be a fully SFW)) Next part with Puppy and his bow-tie will be done very soon)

A SFW set sometimes is good as well, tho I'm surprised cause I saw some peens on the WIPs so I thought otherwise xD There's actually a mod for this, i will send you the pic privately.
