The concepts that we're going to go over in this seminar are playing over under position, disconnecting and playing just overhook and just under hook. Being able to switch between these three positions allows you to fluidly move and attack in every position. If you're right-handed you should play right leg forward. We would like to play underhook (the strongest position) with our most dominance leg forward. Our overhook will be our secondary position that we will play on our non-dominant side and when we're in the over under position, we assume dominant leg forward with underhook on the dominant side, but the head rests with the overhook if they disconnect from either of the sides from the over under, Overhook attacks
