Quality or Quantity
Added 2020-12-29 09:55:34 +0000 UTCHello, did spend lot time in past days working on models and learning and thinking what next... new violette skin and textures are promising as well as new real anatomy agnes model... but as I would love to get to perfection photorealistic model with all glory and details, my horny alt would already love to see those boobies bounce.. animations consume crazy amount of time, actual models are far from perfect, in some poses and from some angles looks just bad... and I hate when hips and arms bend unatural and model looks like plastic etc. which just breaks magic of realistic CGI animation for me... but on the other hand watching progress of model becoming perfect is boring as hell... Soo how you see it? Make animations now with simple models, which will look silly in some motion/poses close shots etc or wait some more months for perfect model and then do the animations with it?

2020-12-30 08:03:35 +0000 UTCI Hey, I really appreciate the interest to "peek in the kitchen" and dont mind sharing how I work, but I'm not sure what you are actually interested in to see? I pose a model and render it, fix the shape or texture or settings of materials until it looks ok to me and then post a picture... also all my pictures are a bit of a WIP because models still need a lot to improve.

2020-12-30 07:46:46 +0000 UTCI'd look forward to seeing whatever you could do with animations. I think your models are already pretty damn good, seeing then in motion (and bigger, perhaps?) would be even better.

2020-12-30 03:18:07 +0000 UTCAs an artist, I just love seeing wips! I appreciate the hard work that goes into a creation, but I also understand that artists always want to put their 'best foot forward' in their gallery. Would there be a way to separate the two, to clearly make -WIP- posts and -COMPLETE- posts?

2020-12-29 11:16:24 +0000 UTCYou would never get perfection if you don't start animating as soon as possible, everyone here still remember your breast expansion animation, i think that's a great starting point, it's simple but effective, and i would give you an idea of what you really need in the future as animator.

2020-12-29 10:53:48 +0000 UTCThe problem with perfection is, that it's never finished. I joined your patreon originally for the breast expansion video. Thinking that it would be great to see an snimation at that quality you had back then. Your quality has increased since then, but unfortunatly we never got to see the complete animation. One thing you got to remember is animation hides a lot of "imperfections" you see in still images. Also as you move forward with "low quality", you learn along the way. I used to be a perfectionist, but I learned sometimes good is good enough. It's better to produce something good, than produce nothing at all.

2020-12-29 10:43:31 +0000 UTCYou could treat us with a couple of """low quality""" animations and make new ones in the future once you have perfect models. Being obsessed with perfection is good, but sometimes it's so time consuming that you risk to slow down too much and bring nothing to the table. Just a quick example: the old Agnes breast expansion video was never finished and imho it was GOOD even if animations were a bit clunky or whatever the problem was. I myself prefer quality over quantity, but sometimes it's a good move to find some balance ;)
