Tier changes
Added 2019-03-04 13:22:01 +0000 UTCHeya, after few month experience in patreon I tryed to setup tiers better, with hopefully more transparent describtions
added one testing tier for people which wanna support more then 1$, there are already some which giving more and I would love to provide them atleast this option..also much thanks folks:)
and added announced commission tier... not sure about pop limit, really not wanna hurt other ongoing stuff so will se how much is possible:)
