Added 2024-03-19 10:00:05 +0000 UTCI was just drawing a punky outfit but now I realize this could be that Dr Liang character but sometime in the early to late 2000s. She could've always had a rebellious streak and maybe she keeps this outfit somewhere in her collection. Not sure if this'll factor into her work at all, though...
