Another sketch that got the color treatment! I remembered how much I enjoyed the sketch and generally I like drawing Alex from Totally Spies anyway. Figured it would make the shine look even nicer.

I always loved the idea of hoof boots where the foot is actually IN the hoof part of the boot like this, as opposed to the hoof just being some sort of platform shoe version. Not only do these look more like hooves (IMHO), but I feel like they might actually be easier to walk/balance in as well. Anyone know if these types of ponyboots have a specific name?
