Valeria, an unsafe entity

I'm thinking she's going to be a character in the SAFE universe, but she's decidedly one of the completely unsafe entities that the organization has locked down.
I'm not sure what to do with her yet, but I'm pretttttty sure she's why Nathan is missing an arm and an eye.
