Got some drawings of birthday presents for some friends this week. But now I'm pretty dang tired. Could use a good sleep.

Not easily I think... at least not with just latex. You'd probably have better results making a kind of hard mask that fits to the person's face.

Possibly, but it wouldn't really be easy and you'd probably want a strap or two over the crown of the head to hold it in place, the ears and brows alone would probably get uncomfortable quickly. It's much easier to fit a ponytail through a hole or the like rather than having the entire hair exposed.
