Anyway, Carnivale was last week? And I missed out my chance on drawing a bunch of cute girls in Carnivale outfits? Well I guess there's no time like the present.
I like how the city lights came out. I didn't want to get too detailed on the coast line but that was just enough lights to give the impression of a city in the distance. Glad it worked.
